Hotels
Where to Stay
Both of the resort’s primary hotels grant guests exclusive access to the volcanic hot springs:
Hotel Nevados: The traditional, welcoming heart of the resort. This classic mountain lodge offers a warm, rustic alpine atmosphere with immediate access to the main outdoor thermal pools. It is the perfect choice for an authentic, deeply relaxing mountain stay.
Hotel Alto Nevados: Positioned higher on the mountain, this property offers a premium, modern experience. Featuring sleek, minimalist architecture, it provides unmatched panoramic views of the valley and the ultimate convenience of true ski-in/ski-out access
Terrain & Amenities
The Terrain
With a 1,100m (3,600 ft) vertical drop and South America’s longest run (Tres Marías, 13km), the mountain is a massive natural playground. The unique volcanic topography delivers natural halfpipes, wind lips, ancient lava flow gullies, and some of the best, most dynamic tree skiing in the Andes.
Amenities
The base area provides everything needed for a seamless trip, including high-quality gear rentals, specialized ski schools, and cozy mountain dining. The ultimate amenity, however, is the resort’s famous network of mineral-rich thermal pools—the perfect place to recover and soak tired legs after a heavy powder day.
